Roman Inochovsky

 

It started 20 years ago. Following his father's example, Roman Inochovsky left Europe as an ATP tennis professional for America, the "land of opportunity" to many people, to fulfill his aspirations.

 

Prior to joining the Lexington Family Office Team Dr. Inochovsky worked as a consultant and was invited by US and a several international companies that were in growing mode and need of capital infusions to assist accomplishing their financing goals. Further involvement included recapitalization of privately held businesses, obtaining growth capital via private individual investment, equity capital to facilitate acquisitions and restructuring investments and acquisitions of divisions for and from corporations. Dr. Inochovsky was very recently appointed to become the Honorary Consul to the Czech Republic in Central Florida. His duties as an official representative of the country  involves helping Czech people with particular issues (e.g visa, passport) they might encounter in Florida but equally important to act as an ambassador for the Czech Republic and build business relationships between the Czech Republic and the US.

In 2003, Dr. Inochovsky purchased Florida based construction management and development company with the intention of transforming it into a recognized construction and development firm within the ensuing four years. He has managed to achieve his initial goal by increasing the turnover of the firm significantly within the first year and half. After realizing that the construction industry was not his ultimate passion he sold the company in mid of 2007.

In 1997, Dr. Inochovsky was hired as the CEO of a Florida based affluent family (single family office), overseeing a circa $150-million, multi-faceted portfolio with diverse facilities nationwide, an investment portfolio in the US as well as overseas and a complex internal family business.  Under Dr. Inochovsky's leadership the company implemented a strong estate and wealth protection plan and an offshore tax structure for most of the companies, minimizing tax exposure which led to the selection of an investment vehicle that is standing its ground with positive returns during economic downturns.  He also restructured and retooled the product line at several developments, turning around its operation from a negative to a positive cash flow in less than a year and finally sold the development for an above average profit to a Fortune 500 company. Other projects that were under Dr. Inochovsky's leadership were a $100-million major flag hotel and timeshare development using minimal funds and without dilution of existing controlling ownership, creating the idea and jumpstarting the development of a regional airport project -- (The first privately owned and operated airport in the US), development of a PGA golf course and managing a pristine eighty 57' car collection. 

Prior to joining the family, Dr. Inochovsky was CEO of Patch Communications, owner of five niche publications. He successfully ended his assignment with Patch Communications after reformation of the corporate structure to minimize tax consequences in preparation for selling the company. He then negotiated a very profitable sale of the Company.

Before moving to America, Dr. Inochovsky was an executive with A.I.K Projekt, s.r.o., in Prague, negotiating office, commercial space and leases to US and foreign companies starting their business in the Czech Republic. Finally, he established a subsidiary in the US and moved here.

Dr. Inochovsky's responsibilities within the wealth management company are multifaceted. He is primarily focused on the growth and profitability of the firm, domestically and internationally. While performing all the duties necessary as a wealth management strategist for families and individuals, Dr. Inochovsky is also drawing from his extensive business background to support, assist and act as a sounding board to the managing member and founder with operational and financial matters of the company.

Education

Dr. Inochovsky was educated in Germany and the United States of America.  He obtained his Ph.D. in International Business and Law from Kensington University, an MBA from Embry-Riddle University and his Bachelor of Science in Business Management at Washington College. He speaks English, German and Czech fluently and French conversationally. 

Personal

Dr. Inochovsky is an avid flyer and enjoys aerobatics. He holds a commercial pilot and flight instructor license for single and multi engine planes and is instrument rated. As a former professional athlete he cannot live without a daily workout. He is an expert downhill skier and loves the thrill of heli skiing. He enjoys studying and mentoring students at local Universities on subjects such as foreign languages, entrepreneurship, business management and the importance of globalization.  Dr. Inochovsky is married to the love of his life and they reside in Central Florida with their son and daughter.

Other

Dr. Inochovsky is also an independent and certified agent with United First Financial. He assists people in paying off their debts and teach them how get control of their presonal financial situation.
